Requirements

Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience.
Follow instructions completely and successfully
Attention to detail
Creative problem solver
Maintain clean and organized work area at all times
Time management
Professional and courteous attitude
Adherence to company apparel guidelines and safety procedures
Possesses common installation tools
Ability to pass background check

Responsibilities

Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc.
Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed
Collaborate with supervisors to complete projects
Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fulfill requirements
Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of materials needed
Fabricate lumber and other material according to measurements and specs
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment
Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite
Willing to perform miscellaneous construction labor
Knowledge of other trade skills (electrical, plumbing, etc.) not required but is a plus
